IntroductionThis is a great-tasting, nutty, strawberry smoothie! This is a great-tasting, nutty, strawberry smoothie!
6-8 large strawberries
1/2 cup (.5 cup) of walnuts/chopped
1/2 cup raisins (.5 cup)
3/4 cup of oats (.75 cup)
1/2 cup of water (.5 cup)
6 large ice cubes
1-scoop or 1/4 cup of whey protein--or other protein powder
Pour in 1/2 cup of water
Add in 6 ice cubes
add in 6--8 fresh strawberries
add in 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
add in 3/4 cup of uncooked oats
*Blend until desired smoothness is reached--30-45 seconds.
*Pour into two separate glasses, 3/4 full
Drink one, and save one for later!
