6 medium potatoes, peeled & chopped
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
3/4 cup american cheese
1 1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk
Stir in cheeses and evaporated milk in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW for 1 hour more or HIGH for 30 minutes more.
