Yummy and healthy meat balls for you hero sandwich or on top of whole grain spaghetti as in the picture. A sprinkle of shredded Parmesan or Romano or even cheddar! tops it nicely. Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef
2 large eggs
1 can (15oz) stewed tomatoes
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
3 cloves garlic fine chopped/crushed
1 cup rolled oats
2 Tblsp horseradish
2 Tblsp flax seed
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Directions
toss all of the ingredients into a big bowl and mix together thoroughly. Shape into right size meatballs and set into a baking dish. Bake for 20-35 minutes (depending on what is right size for you), in 375F oven. remove when done and enjoy them your way! Sorry I cannot find the pic on my computer but I will get it on asap. Enjoy!!!
