Cauliflower Bake

Introduction

Crunchy and creamy at the same time. This is a low calorie, low sodium, highly delicious side dish! Crunchy and creamy at the same time. This is a low calorie, low sodium, highly delicious side dish!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Large head of cauliflower
    2 wedges Laughing Cow light swiss
    2 tbsp cream cheese
    .5 capful Mrs Dash Onion and Herb seasoning
    3 tbsp french fried onions

Directions

Break apart the cauliflower (I used a slap chop to make it cook faster) and boil or steam until tender
Drain water and mash with a potato masher to desired consistency
Add swiss cheese wedges, cream cheese, and seasoning, mix well
Pour into a baking dish and top with French Fried onions
Bake at 400 for 8-10 mins
