Ingredients
-
2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 cup chopped dill pickles
(some pickle juice to taste or for thining, can use some garlic powder if more flavor is required)
Directions
Chop Dill Pickles in a Food Processor, Put in Cream Cheese Blend until smooth/chunky.
May need to dump a little pickle juice in.
FYI I use our homemade dill pickles which have 1 tbls of salt per quart jar, homegrown dill, garlic and onions. They are really sour and delicious!
(This spread is also good wrapped inside of thin slices of ham.)
36 = two tbls of mixture
