IntroductionVery simple recipe, one of my families favorites. Sometimes I add a Tbsp of white wine in the sauce. Very simple recipe, one of my families favorites. Sometimes I add a Tbsp of white wine in the sauce.
3 cans Snows Minced clams with juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
3 cloves Garlic, minced
5 Tbsp Parsley, dried
12 oz barilla whole wheat linguine
In a sauce pan heat oil then add crushed garlic and cook until tender. Add clam juice, Parsley and white wine (if using) simmer for 10 minutes. Add clams, mix well and remove from heat. Pour sauce over noodles, mix well and serve.
