Introduction

I threw this together with what I had in teh kitchen. Its a LARGE 1 serving, and I tend to overseason so you could add more broccoli and shrimp to make it family size. Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Soba Noodles, 1 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp), 1 packet (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 5 large (remove)
    Almond Butter, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

Saute garlic in Pam olive oil
Add Shrimp ( frozen uncooked) and broccoli
Add in Mushrooms and seasoning
Cook until shrimp are pink and broccoli is crunchy but cooked ( 7-10 ) minutes
Cook soba noodles in separate pot.
Add together cooked noodles and sautee together for 3 or 4 minhutes
