Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onions
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 cups diced potato
    1 sweet Italian sausage (Or substitute other sausage, hot dog, any meat)
    dash salt

Directions

Makes 1 large (dinner sized) serving
Brown onions in olive oil
Add potatoes and brown lightly
add water and simmer until potatoes are soft
Add thinly sliced sausage (or other meat)
salt to taste
