Chicken Sausage with Veggies

He uses a generous amount of healthy oils. I decreased the amount but it could be cut back some more.

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Package of chicken sausages (variety of flavors- your choice)
    2.5 cups frozen or fresh broccoli cuts
    1/2 to 1 Purple onion, medium - sliced
    3 tbsp Grapeseed oil
    2 tbsp butter
    2 oz. goat milk feta cheese (optional)
    garlic powder (optional)
    black pepper (optional)

    the original recipe also added 1 Green pepper and 1 Red pepper. I didn't include these because I didn't have any on hand.

Directions

Heat oil & butter on med/high heat, cut up sausage in slices, add sausage, cook sausage about 10 minutes, add all fresh vegetables, cook about 5-10 minutes on high heat, sprinkle w/ garlic powder / pepper / feta
