Chelles Meatloaf

Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Parsley, 2 tbsp
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, .25 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Tomato Soup, 1 cup
    Water, tap, .50 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    garlic 3 cloves chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients but water, tomato soup and sour cream together and shape into a loaf place in oven safe baking dish and cook at 350 for 30 min, then mix water soup and sour cream together and pour over meatloaf, bake an other 30 mins, serve with mashed potatoes.
