Sunshine Smoothie

Introduction

I make this one the morning of my long run for a quick perk me up! I make this one the morning of my long run for a quick perk me up!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup mango cubes (I use frozen)
    1/2 cup pineapple cubes
    1/2 cup sliced banana
    1/2 cup fat free light yogurt (I use Dannon Light & Fit Orange Mango)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup cold sparkling water

Directions

Toss all the ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass & enjoy!

Optional: Try orange juice instead of water.
