Introduction

Layer jicama and onions; combine milk & margarine and pour over each layer. Add Mrs Dash to each layer. When cassarole dish is full, sprinkle cheddar cheese over top Layer jicama and onions; combine milk & margarine and pour over each layer. Add Mrs Dash to each layer. Ingredients

    One large jicama, peeled and sliced
    One large onion, peeled and sliced
    4 oz 1% milk
    2 T butter, melted
    Mrs Dash to taste
    1/2 C cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook cassarole for 45 minutes, until cheese is melted and liquid has cooked the vegetables
Makes 6 1/2-cup servings
