Cajun Meatloaf

Ingredients

    2 lb. 97% Ground Beef
    3/4 C Onions, chopped
    1/4 C Green Onion Tops
    1/2 C Celery, chopped
    1/2 C Bell Pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. Miniced Garlic
    4 Tbsp. Steak Sauce, divided
    1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
    1 C Ketchup, divided
    1/2 C Nonfat Milk
    3 Egg Whites
    1 C Bread Crumbs
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
    1 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350. In small bowl combine 1/2 C ketchup, 1 Tbsp steak sauce and stir well. Set aside. In large bowl combine beef, onions, celery, bell peppers, garlic, steak sauce, worchestershire sauce, ketchup, milk, egg whites, bread crumbs, salt & peppers; mix well. Share into loaf, put into loaf pan; bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove, spread with ketchup sauce, return to oven. Raise temperature to 400, and cook for 30 minutes.
