Ingredients

    Carrots 170 grams
    zucchini 170 grams
    sugar snap peas 170 grams
    garlic 1 tsp minced
    butter 1tablespoon

Directions

In a sauteed pan, melt butter until it foams, add garlic and wait 1 minute, do not burn. Put the veggies in and coat with garlic and butter. Do this on a medium heat, and cover. Depending on the thickness of carrots, this should take 10 minutes and still have a crunch. Enjoy.
