Ingredients

Lentils, 2.25 cup or 1 19 oz can
Black Olives, 113 grams or 1/2 cup sliced
Onions, raw, 1 large
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Ground beef, lean, 2 oz or 1 cooked patty
Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Another super easy recipe. Chop onion and tomato. Sautee until onion is soft. Add olives, chopped burger patty, chopped pepper and can of lentils. Simmer until liquid has reduced.
Spoon over multigrain tortilla chips and top with shredded cheddar cheese
