Stole it from my boyfriend's mother and it is delicious! All the goodness that everyone loves for half the calories... who wouldn't want to try this?! Ingredients

2 lbs. Hash Browns
1 pint Fat Free Sour Cream (Dutch Farms)
2 cups Fat Free Cheddar Cheese (Krfaft)
.5 cup Chopped Onion (White)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
1 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper (Black)
2 cups Corn Flakes (Kellogg's)
1 Stick Light Butter (Lake O Lakes)
The brand names next to the ingredients are the ones I used, but you can obviously mix those up.
Directions
Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, cream of chicken soup, salt, and pepper together.
Add to greased 9x16 pan and flatten.
Melt stick of butter and add corn flakes(crushed).
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
