2 cups of cubed, cooked chicken breasts
3 cups of cooked broccoli florets
1 can of low fat cream of broccoli
2 tbsp pf panko bread crumbs
1 tsp margarine
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1/3 cup of low fat milk
Serve on rice or pasta (not included in cals). My favorite is Jasmin rice, delicious!!!
Fry chicken in a non-stick skillet.
Add broccoli to chicken about 6 mins before chicken is done.
Meanwhile, mix soup and milk in a bowl. Also, melt margarine in another small bowl and mix in Panko, set aside. You can also shred your cheese at this time.
Once chicken and broccoli are done, arrange evenly in a baking dish. Pour soup/milk mixture over top. Top with cheese then sprinkle breadcrumb mix over top.
Bake for 20 mins, or until heated through.
