Introduction

This is mostly flax and sesame seeds. Original recipe called for 1 C of wine and .5 C water, but it was too much so I just added more water. This is mostly flax and sesame seeds. Original recipe called for 1 C of wine and .5 C water, but it was too much so I just added more water.

Grind 3/4 C each of sesame seeds and flax. Add 4 T cocoa powder, approx 1/2 C sugar or sweetener, and 2 T coffee powder. Mix with 1T rum, water, and 2 1/2 C of oats.
