*Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 4 oz (remove)
Ground beef, lean, 500 grams (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)
Half and Half Cream, 0.5 cup (remove)
Butter, salted, 60 grams (remove)
*Flour, white, 0.75 cup (remove)
Milk, nonfat, 3 cup (remove)
Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
Brown meat then add all other ingredients for meat sauce. Cook for about 15/20 minutes
Melt butter in pan, stir in flour, cook gently for 2 minutes. Fradually add milk, stir over low heat until boiling. Stir in grated cheese, stir until cheese has melted.
pLACE HALF THE NoODLES IN OVEN PROOF DISH, SPREAD WITH HALF THE MEAT SAUCE, THEN HALF THE CHEESE SAUCE. rEPEAT LAYERS.
Sprinkle top with grated parmesan cheese. Cook in moderate oven for 35 minutes. five minutes before end of cooking time, pour cream over top of cheese.
