Natural Valley 100% Organic Black Beans, 3 cup (remove)
Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
Oregano, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
*ground cumin, 1.5 tsp (remove)
*Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp (remove)
Campbell's Low Sodium V8 Vegetable Juice, 2 oz (remove)
*Hot sauce - Tabasco Sauce, .5 tsp (
Garlic, 1 tsp minced
I added a couple of ounces of low sodium v8 to add more juice to the bean mixture. You do not need to add the v8. I added it due to an error in the recipe I used that stated in the ingredients, 1 cup of diced tomatoes drained. They were not to be drained as I found out later in the recipe.
