My Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 26.4 ounces (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cut chicken and peppers into bite-size strips. Heat olive oil in skillet (medium high). Add Chicken to skillet. Cook until almost done. Add peppers. Sprinkle with rest of spices. Drizzle with honey and lime juice. Simmer until peppers are soften.

Great with low-carb tortillas spread with Fage 0% yogurt!
