    3/4 c brown sugar
    1 c unsweetened applesauce
    1 c vanilla almond milk
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 c rolled oats
    2 tbsp sliced almonds

Directions

Mix everything together, bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Easy peasy. Makes 12 regular sized muffins.
