chicken veggie soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 c chicken broth
    1 onion cubed
    5 garlic cloves cliced thin
    3 carrots peeled and sliced
    .1/2 cup lentils washed
    1/2 cup Barley
    2 small potatos diced
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup diced mushrooms
    4 chicken thighs or white meat
    1 can 8 oz spicy crushed tomato (rotel brand)
    salt to taste
    ground pepper pinch
    tarragon pinch
    oregano pinch
    hungarian paprika powder to taste

Directions

cook all ingredience together when chicken is done cut into smaller pieces add 2 cups water if needed
spice the soup to your liking. serves 6
