very tasty low fat soup very tasty low fat soup
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients


    7 cups diced tomatoes
    2 cups diced carrots
    2 cups diced celery
    1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 cup green peppers chopped
    1 cup sweet red peppers chopped

Directions

combine all ingredients .bring to a boil and simmer for approx 1 hour.Makes approx.12 -1.5 servings.you can add any vegetable you like.
