Fried rice w/chicken sausage

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    *Casual Gourmet Chicken Sausage - Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella (1 link), 1 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 1 large (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion - Yellow - 1 med. (2 1/2 dia), 1 serving (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

put 1 tbs oil in pan, on high heat.
Place onions, carrots and sausage in oil.
Stir fry
add another tbs oil and cooked day old brown rice.
Add soy sauce while you stir fry this. (salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste).
Make a well in the pan, add eggs, beat them while in the pan. After a min or two (eggs won't be done) stir everything. Eggs will cook almost instantly.
