Introduction

I found this recipe on a cooking website but changed it a little. It is very yummy. I like orange roughy and my husband likes salmon so it is easy to just make one serving with this. I found this recipe on a cooking website but changed it a little. It is very yummy. I like orange roughy and my husband likes salmon so it is easy to just make one serving with this.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    5oz. Orange Roughy Fillets
    1 Tbsp Light Mayo
    1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1/2 Tbsp Dill Weed
    1 Tsp Lemon Juice
    2 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat Oven to 375. Spray baking pan with PAM.
Mix Mayo, Mustard, Dill Weed and Lemon Juice together.
Spread on fish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake 20 minutes.
Set oven on broil 1-2 minutes until top looks done.
