8 normal eggs - can be substituted for egg whites
2 cups colby cheese - can be reduced to 1 cup
1 cup low-fat bisquick
4 slices of Any Old Dried Bread buttered (I always have home pride around)
4 cups skim milk
Pam olive oil kitchen spray to line baking pan
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Dry Mustard 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 375
Add eggs, salt, pepper, dry mustard and bisuick to a mixing bowl and stir until most of the lumps are disoved and the mixure looks to be well combined.
In baking pan use a spritzer or can of Pam olive oil to spray the pan down thorughouly on bottom, sides and top. Butter the slices of bread and tear them up into 1 or 2 inche pieces and toss them throughout the pan. Once all bread is in the pan added the cheese and meet to the pan to create a nice mixed layer of fillings. Once complete, pour the bowl of egg mixture into the pan and place into ove for 45 minutes. Will rise as it cooks.
