Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Light Mayo
    2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Splenda
    3 cups Broccoli
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 tbsps chopped red onion
    3 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled

Directions

Mix mayo, vinegar, and splenda and set aside.

In Large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, raisins and stir. Cook 3 slices of bacon until crisp and then crumble into the mixture and stir. Last add the dressing stir and refrigerate. Serving size is 1/2 cup.
