Introduction

You can make whatever flavor pound cake you want with this recipe just by changing the flavor of jello you use. I top this recipe with a powdered sugar glaze. Ingredients

    1 plain yellow cake mix
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup hot water
    3/4 cup canola oil
    1 package of jello
    1 teaspoon almond flavoring

Directions

Heat the 3/4 cup water in the microwave for 1 min. & add the jello package & stir until dissolved. Add the 3/4 cup oil to the jello to cool it down some. Add this to your cake mix (dry) along with the 3 eggs & 1 teaspoon of almond flavoring & beat all well for a couple of minutes. Pour into a well greased bundt cake pan & bake at 350 for 35-45 minues (use the tooth pic test).
