Number of Servings: 7
.75 cups short grain brown rice
1.5 cups of light soy milk
2 cups water
.5 cup splenda
2 tabs of splenda brown sugar blend
.5 cup raisins
2.5 teaspoons vanilla
.75 teaspoon salt
ground cinnamon to taste
Mix all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook for 4-5 hours on low (stirring twice during cooking). You can cook it on high for 2 - 2.5 hours, but the results aren't as good. Serve warm w/ Smart Balance light spread if desired. It is also good cold.
