Raw Falafel

Ingredients

    1 cup carrot pulp or shredded carrots
    1 cup sprouted chickpeas
    1 tbsp tahini
    1 tbsp flax seed
    cumin, coriander, parsley, cilantro, lemon juice

Directions

Mash everything together in a food processor. Form into small balls and dehydrate for a few hours on each side until hard like a falafel.
