Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 - 1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1/2 - 1 tbsp rosemary
chili pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix egg and milk in one bowl.
Mix herbs and bread crumbs in another bowl.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut the chicken into chunks. Dredge chunks in the liquid, then in the bread crumbs. Place on the cookie tray.
Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, then flip over and cook for another 10 minutes.
