Ingredients

    1 cup Light Silk Soy Milk, Plain
    .5 cup Edy's Fat Free Yogurt Blends, Vanilla
    2 tbsp Trader Joe's Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
    .25 tsp mint or peppermint extract
    2 drops green food coloring

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Makes one serving.

  • The taste was good....but the consistency was a little watery. It was like peppermint flavored milk. I mean I guess for that tiny calorie count, you can't add more ice cream so what choice do you have to thicken it up? - 3/19/11
