Taco Truck Tacos

Introduction

Easy, yummy and not loaded with cheese like American style tacos. Easy, yummy and not loaded with cheese like American style tacos.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 cups Pork Shoulder, chopped or shredded
    12 white corn Tortillas,
    1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    1 small bunch of Cilantro, raw, chopped
    1-2 Limes, cut into wedges
    Garnish with sliced Radishes, Avacado, & diced fresh Tomatoes

Directions

Brown meat with salt, pepper and cumin (as much as desired).

Warm tortillas; and top with meat, cilantro and onions. Serve with squeeze of lime, and garnish.

Serving size is 2 tacos.
(Each taco uses 2 tortillas)
