Introduction

very tasty and healthy. I served it on the Chrismas party in our house, everybody liked it and noone even noticed it was low cal salad .
I boil the chiken with salt and spices and save the broth for the soup

    Canned pinneapple tidbits, 1 cup
    2 Chicken Breast, boiled and chopped
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Salt, 0.4 tsp
    *Hellman's low fat mayonaise, 3 tbsp
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
