Introduction

This is an awesome dip for veggies, chicken or beef satay, but also as a marinade for chicken, beef or cold noodle salad. This is an awesome dip for veggies, chicken or beef satay, but also as a marinade for chicken, beef or cold noodle salad.

Ingredients

    1 cup fresh unsalted, dry roasted peanuts
    1/3 cup of water
    2 cloves of minced garlic
    1/2 tsp braggs liquid aminos
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    2 tsp fish sauce
    2 tsp fresh lime juice
    1/2 - 1 tsp Thai chili sauce
    1/3 cup coconut milk

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy and smooth....Serve warm or at room temperature.
