1 ib. Ground Beef, extra lean 1 cup Onion, chopped 2 Potatoes, shredded 1 cup Carrots, shredded 1 small head Cabbage, chopped 1 cup Non-fat Milk 1/2 cup Egg Beaters, White 1 cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded 1 tbls. Parsley Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and onions. While beef is browning, shred carrots and potatoes, chop cabbage and shred swiss cheese. Once beef and onion has browned, add in vegetables, parsley, salt & pepper, cover and cook on medium, for approximately 15 minutes. Pour into large casserole dish. Mix milk, egg white substitute and swiss cheese. Pour over beef and cabbage mix. Place in preheated oven (350) and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
