This is a very quick, easy, low fat, low calorie dish that is also very tastey. This would also be good with a low sodium, low calorie marinara sauce. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Zucchini, baby, 1 medium (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    *Shirataki Tofu Noodle Shaped Noodle, 8 oz (remove)
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

Chop or slice onion, zucchini and peppers. Rinse and drain shirataki noodles, then microwave noodles for 1 minute to reduce tofu scent.
Mix all ingrediants in nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook until vegetables and mushrooms are crisp tender (or until desired tenderness).
