Irishmommy's Chicken & Veggie wrap

Ingredients

    Artisan Fold It Flat Bread
    Boneless, skinless, chicken breast
    Red pepper
    Yellow pepper
    Baby spinach
    Sabra Hummus

Directions

Cook chicken breast, cut into strips, use about 1/8-1/4 of the chicken breast
Cut up red and yellow peppers, use about 1/8 of the peppers, or about 1/4 cup
Tear up a 1/4 cup of baby spinach
Spread 2 T hummus on the flat bread, put other ingredients on top, fold it over, and eat!
