Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless Chicken Breast strips
1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
1 can (15oz) black Beans
1 can (11oz) sweet Corn
1/4 cup water
4 white corn Tortillas
Directions
1. Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray. Cook chicken in skillet over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center.
2. Stir in seasoning mix, beans, corn and water. Cook over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve with tortillas.
Makes 4 equal servings.
Also great with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and light sour cream on the side.
