Beef Stew Pressure Cooker

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb beef cut into stew sized pieces
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    2 cups fresh or frozed carrots, sliced
    2 cups frozen peas
    6 cloves garlic
    1 cup chopped onion or you can use dried onion
    1 can mixed vegetables, or green beans
    1 quart tomatoes
    3 cups Water
    Garlic Powder and Salt to Taste

Directions

Put all ingredients into Pressure Cooker
Cook at 10 pounds pressure for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let pressure come down on its own.
After pressure is down, remove lid, stir and serve
This recipe will take about an hour from start to finish.
