Fish chowder

Ingredients

    1 lb. cod fish
    4 potatoes, cut in chunks
    4 slices bacon, crumbled
    2 onions, chopped
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    2 1/4 c. 2% milk
    2 cups water

Directions

Cook 4 slices bacon, set aside. Cook onions in grease from bacon & set aside. Cook fish in 2 cups water. Remove from water & cook potatoes by adding to the fish water & cooking on medium-high heat covered for 8 min. Add cream, milk, fish, bacon & onions to the pot and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
