granola made for those with high cholesterol granola made for those with high cholesterol

Ingredients

    oatmeal
    wheat germ
    wheat bran
    quinua flakes
    flax ground
    sesame seeds
    raisens
    nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnuts)
    brown sugar


Directions

toast first 6 items individually. Chop nuts and raisens coarsely. Mix ingredients. Heat brown sugar (Panela if can find it in Spanish specialty shops) in water until consistency of honey. Add to rest of ingredients mixing well
Makes aroun 27 1/2 cup servings
