No-Bake PB&C Protein Bars

Ingredients

    .5 cup unsalted unsweetened peanut butter
    3 cups quick oats
    3 scoops Muscle Milk Light Chocolate powder
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    4 tbsp ground flax meal
    2 cups Light Silk Plain soy milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 packet fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Melt peanut butter in the microwave or in a double-boiler. Whisk together with protein powder, soy milk, and vanilla. When smooth, add the cocoa powder, pudding mix, and flax meal. When combined, fold in the oats.

Spray two 8x8 glass baking dishes with cooking spray. Put half of the batter into each dish and spread evenly.

Refrigerate until hardened, which should take at least 4 hours. (Overnight is best.) Slice into 24 equally-sized portions.

1 bar per serving, 24 servings total.
