chicken/veggie stir fry

Introduction

Fast Easy and yummy. You can add what ever is in your fridge, seeds or nuts, tofu or whatever. Serve with rice. After it is done you can add a tbsp of your favorite curry sause or salsa to mix up the flavors. Fast Easy and yummy. You can add what ever is in your fridge, seeds or nuts, tofu or whatever. Ingredients

    chicken thighs (7 left over, boneless skinless)
    2 carrots sliced
    1c brocolli cut
    1.5c green beans cut
    2 celery stocks cut
    onion small chopped
    Saute onions, celery, garlic in olive oil. Add carrots and a little chicken broth if necessary. Add grn beans chicken (cooked) then broccoli. Put lid on and cook until broccoli is just warm.
