Fast Easy and yummy. You can add what ever is in your fridge, seeds or nuts, tofu or whatever. Serve with rice. Ingredients

chicken thighs (7 left over, boneless skinless)
2 carrots sliced
1c brocolli cut
1.5c green beans cut
2 celery stocks cut
onion small chopped
Saute onions, celery, garlic in olive oil. Add carrots and a little chicken broth if necessary. Add grn beans chicken (cooked) then broccoli. Put lid on and cook until broccoli is just warm.
