Season to taste with salt and peper.
Add turkey to tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, tomato past, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped bell pepper (your choice of color) Italian seasoning, Oregano, basil, salt, and pepper
Simmer and cook about 30 minutes. stirring occasionally.
