Introduction

This is a simple, quick recipe if you are short on time, and my boyfriend LOVES these! This is a simple, quick recipe if you are short on time, and my boyfriend LOVES these!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 lb of Lean ground beef
    1 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tbsp of fine Bread crumbs
    1/2 tbsp Club House la Grille: Spicy Mesquite
    Cheese slices (optional)
    Lettuce (optional)
    Tomatoes (optional)
    Ketchup (optional)
    4 buns (optional)

Directions

Makes 4 burgers.

Preheat a frying pan on medium heat with a little bit of cooking oil. (Or use a grill!)

In a bowl, mix the W sauce, bread crumbs, grill seasoning and the meat. Mix well and shape into four patties.

Transfer the meat to the pan, and cook until it has browned well. If you want cheese burgers, just add the cheese a minute or so before you plan to take them out of the pan.

Stick in a bun and add your favorite burger toppings!
