Dellas Salmon stir fry

Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (fish), 0.5 fillet (remove)
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Turnips, 1 small (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 3 wedge yields (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

I use coconut oil to fry everything in. I also use lemon pepper seasoning, dash, salt, pepper, Mix it altogether. Slice the turnip and it ends up tasting like scalloped potatoes in the stir fry
