Garlicy Green Vegetables

Introduction

I made this for a side for dinner and the left overs I threw in some eggwhites the next morning I made this for a side for dinner and the left overs I threw in some eggwhites the next morning
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    10 oz box of frozen kale, cooked and drained
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 cup of mung bean sprouts
    5-6 spears of asparagus cut into a few pieces
    2 TBS of seasoned rice
    2 tsp of olive oil

Directions

Blanch asparagus in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes. Then heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic cook for 1 minute. Then add kale and asparagus. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Toss in vinegar and beans, Cook for 1 more minute.
