My Chili

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 3 oz
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup

Directions

1. brown meat, onion, and garlic in a skillet
2. meanwhile, mix next 6 ingredients in saucepan. when meat is brown add mixture to saucepan. simmer for 1 hour.
3. add kidney beans and cook 10 minutes more.
